Today, with the help of the good people at 20×200, I have released a print edition to benefit Japan Society’s Earthquake Relief Fund. You can read a little more in the announcement of the edition in 20×200′s newsletterhere. You can purchase a print here. All net profits will go to charity. I will not be taking any commission from the sales of this print, and 20×200′s printer has also generously agreed to donate his time to benefit this cause. This is a small gesture in the grand scheme of this disaster, but please help in any way you are able, either by purchasing a print or donating directly to the charity of your choice.
Also, a big thank you to everyone who bought my print through Life Support Japan, made possible by Wall Space Gallery. There are new images being added everyday to the already impressive group of photographs. Proceeds from those sales will benefit Direct Relief International and Habitat for Humanity.

'Bill Cunningham New York', a documentary about the legendary New York Times street fashion photographer opens at the Film Forum in New York on March 16th and at The Nuart in Los Angeles on March 25th before opening around the country. 50 Years before The Satorialist and Garance Dore, Bill Cunningham has been bicycling around NYC with his battered Nikon camera snapping city chic fashions that catch his eye.

"At www.mta.me, Conductor turns the New York subway system into an interactive string instrument. Using the MTA’s actual subway schedule, the piece begins in realtime by spawning trains which departed in the last minute, then continues accelerating through a 24 hour loop. The visuals are based on Massimo Vignelli’s 1972 diagram."
